玻璃深加工鉴设备介绍
一、概述
我公司生产的玻璃深加工设备是通过一系列试验研究和引进吸收了国外同类产品优点的基础上研制而成的。本设备用于对胶片法生产夹层玻璃进行热压处理，预合胶片夹层玻璃置于该设备中，在一定的温度压力下，使夹层中的胶片溶化，经冷却后使得胶片和玻璃紧密粘合成夹层玻璃产品。该设备已成为汽车工业、航天航空、建筑装饰等行业所需普通夹层玻璃和高抗穿透夹层玻璃的玻璃深加工行业关键设备。 目前该设备已形成2m、2.5m、2.85m、3m等系列，且设备长度可根据用户要求进行设计生产。该产品流水线上制作，焊接全部自动化，受压部件100%射线探伤，检测手段先进，产品质量上乘，设备整个玻璃加工过程自动化程度高，并设有超温压报警保护功能，操作安全灵活。 |
Introduction to the Autoclave for Advanced
processing of Glass:
Autoclaves for advanced processing of glass made by our compang
are developed under a series of test and research, and on the
basis of drawing on advantage of similar product of other
countries. The equipment is used in hoe-pressing of sandwiched
glass with gumming material under designated temperature and
pressure. Inseparable adhesion between glass and gumming
material will then be achieved after cooling and the sandwiched
glass is made. Therefore,being a kind of main equipment for
advanced processing of glass, such autoclave is widely used in
automobile, aeronautical and space-flight industries, as well as
building ornamentation, where normal or super anti-penetrating
sandwiched glass would be used.For time being, a series of
product with 2m、2.5m、2.85m、3m diameters are available. The
length of the autoclaves can be designed and tailor-made to suit
the suer's need. Autoclaves are manufactured on production line,
antomatically welded, 100%nondestructive X-ray examination is
carried out on welds of pressured parts.

| Test devices are
advanced. Production quality is stable and reliable. The
hot-pressing process is automaticalllycarried out in accordance
with the designated proscessing curve, and alarm devices for
over-temperature and over-pressure are provided. The automation of
production process is high, and operation safe and nimble. |

二、设备构成 |
本设备由二个具有独立功能的子系统组成。
本体
是一个卧式承压设备，带有电动开门机构，内部装设了电热元件、冷却装置、介质搅拌装置，釜内还布置了循环风道和小车轨道，本体上装有开门安全联锁装置。
自动控制系统
该系统可分为两种：一种是人工操作控制系统；另一种是计算机操作控制系统，可根据用户不同要求分别配备。通过该系统，对釜门启闭和加工过程进行自动控制，釜上配有自动控制用的一次仪表，并且可根据工艺要求对温度、压力进行调节。

The equipment is composed of two
subsystems with independent functions.
1、Autoclave Body
It is a horizontal pressure vessel with a door electricallly
operated. There are electric heating element, cooling device and
stirring device installed, and also circulating air duct and
trolley rails. Safety device for door opening is also provided.
2、Control system
There are two kinds of system available, manually and/or
computer-controlled, which can be selected by the user.
By computer-controlled system, opening and closing operation of
doors as well as the whole production process can be automatically
controlled. Measuring instruments are mounted on the autoclave so
that the temperature and pressure will be adjusted in accordance
with the requirement of the process. |
