The company can design and manufacture not only four series and more than 80 types of heat carrier furnaces, i.e.with coal, oil, gas, electricity as fuel, with a capacity from 2 to 3000 ten thousand Kcal./hour, but also the special industrial furnace and combustion furnace with a temperature higher than 350℃,and different circulation medium, such as fused salt furnace, hot air furnace for hot workmanship purpose ”Changcheng” series heat carrier furnaces are not only sold well in all over mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and but also exported to Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, Viet Nam, Bangladesh etc.

    Quality control in design:In designing process,the company adopts solidworks and CAD software and develops by itself a special design software for organic heat carrier furnace according to the characteristic of organic heat carrier furnace so as to effectively ensure the design quality of product.
    Quality control in material management:The company possesses 15 equipments and instruments for mechanical property analysis and physical and chemical analysis.The major raw material and parts are under strict supervision so as to ensure a reliable quality of raw material and parts.
    Quality control in testing:The company possesses several nondestructive testing personnel in middle and primary level.The checkout means are complete.The company has the licenses of x-rey inspection, ultrasonic inspection, surface checkout etc so as to ensure a high quality of the material,welding process and checkout.
    Quality control in the process:Whole process of parts and assemblies manufacturing and assembling are standardized so as to stabilize and improve the quality of the parts and complete products.
    Quality control in welding:The welding on pressure parts is very strict. The welding testing and welding technology are evaluated appropriately from time to time.There are 38 qualified welders(including more than 5 senior welders)and 180 items with licenses so that the company can satisfy completely the requirement of manufacturing organic heat carrier furnace and pressure vessel.
    User training:Entrusted by Jiangsu Province Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau,the company carries out five training courses in every year for stokers and equipment management personnel and issue qualification certificates signed by Jiangsu Province Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau.
