三、 WGB高粘度保温泵工作原理 Principle of work

    WGB泵的正排量转子和惰轮组合体工作中有较好的缓冲作用，能达到低切变，无脉冲的流体输送。
    内齿轮的齿形为冠齿形，内齿泵腔的“通共容积”是由泵体月牙形壁面和两个液体封闭面的齿轮表面围成的，在齿轮的不断旋转中产生压力液体，达到输送的目的。
    本泵具有“强制锁定”功能可将转子和轴精确定位，降低磨损，延长使用寿命。泵设有安全阀，可保护系统不受超压的损坏，自动溢流。泵反转时，应将阀反向安装，安全阀螺母须朝向吸油口。为便于泵的进口和排出口的连接，泵壳体能够在支架上旋转八个角度。

    The combination of positive displacement rotor and idle wheel of WGB pump had better function and can realized the transportation of liquid with low shear change and no pulse.
    Its shape of inner gear has the shape of points of comb. The” general volume” of the cave of inner gear pump is surrounded through crescent wall and two surface of gear that are sealed by liquid. During the period of gear rotating unceasingly, the pressured liquid is taken place. In this way the purpose of transportation is realized.
    The pump has the function of “ forced interlock”. It can make the rotor fix the position. So the wear is decreased and the life is prolonged. There is safe valve in the pump. It can protect the system to avoid damage at over pressure and it can be overflow automatically. When rotate counterclockwise, it is necessary to install at opposite direction. The safe bolt should be towards to the mouth of oil sucking. In order to connect the inlet and outlet conveniently, the case of pump can be rotated 8 angle at the support.
